information about current status of Supervisory Board
According to article 385 of Polish Commercial Companies Code Supervisory Board should consist of 5 members (at least) in order to convey its supervisory duties. There are still 5 members but one of them will left board on the next GMoS.
Bartłomiej Pałęga, member of Supervisory Board, resigned from his post on December 22, 2008 and his resignation was delivered to Chairman of Supervisory Board on December 22, 2008 at 9 am. That resignation is not succesfull until next General Meeting of Shareholders
Ryszard Gniady
President of the Supervisory Board
Ryszard Gniady worked for Mostostal Będzin for several years as a construction manager (development services), financial manager. He was responsible for many significant development projects such as: construction of Iron Works and rolling mill for Huta Katowice (Mittal Steel Poland in Katowice), complete refurbishment of stoves in Ostrava Steelworks, expansion of Opel factory in Gliwice. He has university degree from AGH University of Science and Technology.
Adam Kazimierski
Member of the Supervisory Board
Adam Kazimierski is founder and owner of Ekodom – Usługi Budowlane. He was employed at Huta Katowice (currently MIttal Steel in Katowice) as a Manager of Team between 1975 and 1982. From 1982 to 1984 he was Building Site Manager in PRM Szkłobudowa Sosnowiec and between 1984 and 1987 he was in charge of one od Department of Sl±ska Fabryka Urz±dzeń Technicznych. From 1987 to 1992 he worked for Huta Katowice (currently MIttal Steel in Katowice) and he was in charge of Health and Safety Department.
Between 08.2002-02.2003 Adam Kazimierski was a member of Supervisory Board in Montochem S.A.
Witold Barański

Witold Barański is manager in Responsible Centre in Comarch S.A., where he was responsible for many IT projects in Comarch S.A. He is a economic graduate from AGH University of Science and Technology.
He has been a member of CASH FLOW’s Supervisory Board since 2004.

Bartłomiej Pałęga is former employee of CASH FLOW S.A. (worked for CASH FLOW S.A. between 2005-2006 as a sales representative and manager of one of three CASH FLOW’s sales teams). From 1999 to 2005 he worked for Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe TOR and Zakład Budowlano-Remontowy M.Tomasik and was responsible for costs estimation and supervision of operational teams. Bartłomiej Pałęga is a economic graduate from WSB (High Business School in D±browa Górnicza). He is a member of Supervisory Board since 2006
Paweł B±k
Independent member of Supervisory Board
Paweł B±k graduated University of Economics in Katowice, faculty Management and Marketing. Between 1992 and 1993 he was employed in Centralny O¶rodek Informatyki Górnictwa (COIG) in Katowice. After that he was gaining his professional experience as a insurance broker in ZUiR Polonia S.A. and Commercial Union na Życie S.A. Between 1994 and 1996 he worked for Katowickie Towarzystwo Inwestycyjno-Leasingowe KATIL S.A. as leasing and insurance specialist.
From 1996 to 1997 Paweł B±k was in charge of Katil Broker Sp. z o.o. as a Chief Executive Director.
Since 1997, after passing broker examination, Paweł B±k deals with insurance activity, working as a specialist broker for international company Aon Poland. He attended many courses in property expertise, evaluation of property and communication damages. |
